The lowdown on Health Supplements

    I have been on the first phase for five days and now am ready to include some veg! Can you tell me whether it is OK to have protein days Monday to Thursday and then include veg Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
    Also, is it OK to have unsweetened soya milk?

  2. Hi, if that rhythm works for you then I suppose you could do it.

    I kept track of my PP and PV days with an Excel spreadsheet that I used to note my weights too.

    I'm no expert on soya, but I assume it would be fine as long as its unsweetened.
