For your oat bran pancakes..what do you fry them in if oil is a no no????
ReplyDeleteI read about the Dukan diet on Sunday and started the diet on Monday. I'm on day 3 and so far it's been surprisingly easy. I used to think that in any diet the first 3 days were the hardest (followed by the 1st day of the fourth week). I'm keeping a blog too, sometimes with diets you can end up eating more than you remember you do so it's good to have a record. Anyway Doug, keep up the good work!

ReplyDeleteI managed to lose 4lbs in the Attack phase. I'm now enjoying some vegetables (I never would have said that sentence a 2 weeks ago!)
