Scallops (without coral)
Shrimps
Surimi (seafood sticks)
Smoked salmon
Garlic
Fat free fromage blanc
Parsley
Salt & pepper
Poach the scallops and shrimps for 5 minutes. Drain and cool. Mix together with diced surimi and chopped up smoked salmon. Add a crushed clove of garlic, some chopped parsley, salt & pepper to taste. Then mix together with some fromage blanc. Refrigerate.
